• Account information - name, email, and password (hashed) for the people who sign in to Recova.
• Business information - the connected store, its settings, and revenue/recovery metrics used to run the service.
• Shopper information - contact details (name, phone, email), cart contents, and order/recovery outcomes that a connected store shares with us so we can recover abandoned carts on that store's behalf.
• Communications - call recordings, transcripts, and message threads created when we contact shoppers to recover a cart.
• Usage and device data - standard log data (IP, browser, timestamps) and cookies used to keep you signed in.

• To provide the service: surface abandoned carts, contact shoppers by call and text, and attribute recovered orders.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To measure performance and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations, including honoring opt-out and Do-Not-Call requests.

We contact shoppers only where a connected store has captured the appropriate opt-in at checkout. Shoppers can opt out of messages at any time (for example by replying STOP), and we suppress those numbers from future contact.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example telephony, messaging, hosting, and payment providers), each bound to protect it, and where required by law. Each connected store's data is kept separate from other stores.

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal limits. Shoppers may opt out of contact as described above. To make a request, contact us below.
