Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Recova (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Recova on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
The service
Recova helps merchants recover abandoned carts by contacting shoppers via phone and text and attributing recovered orders. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable communications and privacy laws (including consent, opt-out, and calling-time rules).
- Only provide shopper contact information you are permitted to share and to have contacted.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Fees
Fees, including any retainer and percentage of recovered revenue, are as agreed in your order or plan. Amounts billed as recovered revenue are based on orders confirmed against real paid orders.
Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for any shopper data you connect.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
